​The paintings I make are concerned as much with the physicality of the paint, as they are about the psychological theme. I work using acrylic on canvas or board and have become involved with exploring the impact of scale, creating works in a series. The work stems from an interaction with our natural surroundings, trying to find a place within the philosophy of the contemporary sublime.
